Why I won’t Feature In Christian Production Again – Abel Martins
Renowned gospel actor Abel Martins has announced his departure from Christian movie productions.
Citing a painful experience with colleagues, he vowed never to work on a Christian production again.
In an interview on “The Journey” with Dele Adeyanju, Martins revealed that he has decided to quit the industry due to envy and betrayal from within.
He said: “I know we have come to fight a war in this world. Envy is part of it. That is why I make up my mind that I won’t take part in any Christian production again.”
He attributed his decision to his collaborations with Christian filmmaker Mike Bamiloye, which sparked jealousy and led to a vicious plot to tarnish his reputation. www.gospelfilmnews.com
Despite the challenges, Martins expressed gratitude to Mike Bamiloye for his unwavering support and integrity.
However, he concluded that the industry has become toxic and he refuses to be part of it.
