One of Nigeria’s foremost prophets, Prophet Funsho Akande of Orioke Baba Abiye Ede along side Rev. Samson Ajetomobi and scores of filmmakers with TV production personnels will be attending the 60th birthday cum 25th year in Film/TV production celebration of Pastor Kayode Oyebode popularly known as Kay Technical tommorow 26th of May, 2019.
Kayode Oyebode A.K.A Kay Technical is the host of the popular TV Show, ‘Oju Oluwa’ which started broadcast in some stations in the 90s. The TV show was the programme that changed the story of NTA Ibadan for good. He was the one who also brought Mount Zion Faith Ministries into film production, he shot all the early Mount Zion film. His films has also changed many lives within and outside the country. He was the one who trained some of Nigeria’s well celebrated cinematographers.
In an interview with Gospel Film News, the PRO of the anniversary planning committee, Evang. Kunle Adepoju disclosed that the celebration which will take place at Apex Events Center, Agodi Gate, Ibadan is an avenue to celebrate and appreciate what God has used Kay Technical to do in Nigeria Television and Film Production industry.
He further noted that the event is a 3 in 1 event, adding that apart from the 60th birthday celebration and 25th year in the industry celebration, there will also be dedication of two new films by Kay Technical Evang. Films and award presentation.
The two films to be dedicated are ‘Aye Agbara’ and ‘Ebo Mimo.’ The event will commence by 11am tomorrow.
