The Oyo State chapter of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers, ANCEDRAM has began allocation of its acquired 22 Acres of land for the purpose of having an ANCEDRAM City.

In a chat with Gospel Film News, the immediate past chairman of Oyo ANCEDRAM, Pastor Gbenga Akinyemi who is also a member of the landed property committee disclosed that the first phase of the allocation was done on Saturday 8th of May, 2021 on the site in Ibadan.

Akinyemi further noted that up to Fifty (50) people were given their own parcel of land on Saturday and payment receipt with constitution guiding the estate was handed to each owner.

According to him, the committee will soon begin to call on people for the second phase allocation.

Recall that Gospel Film News published a news in 2019 saying foundation of Ancedram City was layed on 10th April, 2019 at Ibadan.

The 22 acres of land is located at Akinsola village, Elekuru off Moniya-Ijaye-Iseyin Road, Akinyele Local Government, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Gospel Film News gathered that the vision of Ancedram City is to have a big city that will accommodate conference and retreat centres, film village and give Drama Ministers opportunity to acquire a parcel of land each at a very low price.

In his address during the foundation laying, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye charges that all hands should be on desk in achieving this great and common goal, warning all Drama Ministers not to lose the primary objective of propagating the gospel of Christ through stage and film making because of this project.

He however calls on whoever becomes the next Ancedram Oyo State chairman to keenly catch this vision of Ancedram City and see to its progress.
