Movie Producer, Nike Akande narrowly escapes death, says she is a miracle

The gospel Movie Producer cum musician, Evang. Nike Akande, who narrowly escaped death has pronounced that she is a miracle.

She made this statement recently at the thanksgiving praises service organized by the Akande’s family in respect to God’s faithfulness for sparing the life of their mother, wife and sister.

Gospel Film News correspondent reports that It was a time of rejoicing and testimony of God’s goodness for her on Saturday 14th of March 2020 at the thanksgiving service.

Explaining how the accident happened, Akande disclosed that a trailer truck hit the side of the vehicle where she sat on her way to Ilorin to collect her movie, ‘The Salt’ from the editor late last year 2019. She was rushed to UITH (University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital) Ilorin where she underwent several surgeries.

She is however grateful to God that she had a sharp object pierced into her scalp during the accident but she is still in her right mind today.

An x-ray conducted on her shows that her spinal cord was bent but not broken. The producer lied on her back for eight weeks but had no bed sore, she lost so much blood and miraculously her pcv was okay, she had fracture in eight places on the left side of her ribs and her heart was spared.

Acording to her, she stopped using crutches she walks without limping, no pain on the dislocated pelvic joint, fluid in her lungs was not detected until the fifth day still God preserved her.

Members of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers, ANCEDRAM and the women intercessors for Drama Ministers, Vision Carriers were there to praise God with her.
