A film director, Rotimi Odebo has commended gospel movies in Nigeria, saying it will soon dominate the movie world.
Odebo who has directed some films including ‘My Heritage’ made this statement recently when speaking exclusively to Gospel Film News.
“Gospel movies has gone versatile compare to what we used to have. Although we are yet to hit it well but I see a lot of improvement in our acting, costuming, locations and technical aspect of it. I know in no time we will dominate the movie world (Nollywood),” he added.
The film director however revealed that his new film, ‘My Heritage’ is to expose the youth to the fact that that for every glory there is a price to pay and for every throne there is a wilderness to overcome.
He said the movie basically address the carelessness of youths in handling their glory and destiny which might in turn affect their family and the society at large.
Meanwhile, Odebo disclosed that the movie has been released for sale and consumption of the general public.
