The famous gospel actress and wife of The Mount Zion Faith Ministries President, Evang. Gloria Bamiloye has revealed her background that she grew up as a Muslim girl in a Muslim family.

Gloria Bamiloye gave this revelation when she was guesting on a radio Programme, “Iri Owuro” with Janet Adenike Owah on Petals 102.3FM Ibadan monitored by Gospel Film News correspondent in Ibadan.

She said the Lord used her elder brother who first gave his life to Jesus Christ for salvation of the whole family, adding that the Lord saved her to become a child of God and also called her into the ministry.

Gloria however didn’t disclose her Muslim name when asked by the interviewer but hinted that she had a good Muslim name which is translated as Love.

She encouraged the listeners saying, coming from a broken home or Muslim background cannot affect the fulfillment of God’s call on one’s life once the person has given her life to Christ.
