A gospel film maker, Olumide Oki Known as P20 has bagged doctoral degree in Business Research.
He confirmed this to Gospel Film News today in an exclusive interview.
Oki who is also a pastor in Christ Mirror Chapel said his graduation took place on 14th of May, 2022.
According to him, the program is a professional doctorate program with Institute of Strategic Research, Abuja.
In an exclusive interview with Gospel Film News, the filmmaker disclosed that his research topic was “The perception of Nonprofit Leaders on How Workplace Spirituality Fosters a Positive Workplace Culture.”
Sharing his experience with our correspondent, Oki noted that It was an interesting journey as his doctoral path towards achieving success which took 9 years because of alignment with purpose. “I have enrolled in other doctoral programs that I had to stop along the way because of time and finance. So, it is not out of place to say this took 9 years adding the others too,” he narrated.
He further explained that: “I feel aligned with purpose because I went on this doctoral path for a purpose and that is reflected in my research topic – The perception of Nonprofit Leaders on How Workplace Spirituality Fosters a Positive Workplace Culture. My interest is on Workplace Spirituality, organisational performance, strategy and innovation under the broad theme of human resource management and more papers will be coming out on the core of the above research interest.”
While advising Christian film makers and Drama ministers, he stated that they can align whatever they are doing academically and (or) professionally and thank God for Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama in affiliation with Ajayi Crowther University that is having a voice in the Academic and more importantly the professional world that is having authority in the field.
“In addition to ministering on the field, some of us with the passion for research works can build on our academic or professional path to create more papers in the world of Drama Ministry. And presently, I am working on a paper that aligns workplace spirituality, film makers Spirituality and film making culture,” he concluded.
