The Board OfTrustee chairman of All Nigeria Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers, ANCEDRAM, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye has advised ANCEDRAM leaders not to build the association around an individual but to design programmes that will affect the church and the society at large.

Bamiloye gave this advice during the retreat of the ANCEDRAM Board Of National Executive, BONE held at Habitation of Faith, Ile-ife over the weekend. He emphasized that any vision built around one person will collapse as soon as the person is not available.
The drama icon admonished the leaders to serve diligently since God will never forget their labour of love, adding that drama leaders should constantly embark on programmes, crusades, short film projects etc.

He also noted that people will identify with a project that has impact and not just mere talks about what you do. The meeting ended with a father’s blessing and a group photograph of the BONE members with BOT chairman.
