Filmmaker and son of Mount Zion Ministries president, Damilola Mike Bamiloye has stated that a life without vision is an empty life.
Gospel Film News correspondent reports that he made this known recently in Lagos while addressing youths and teenagers in a seminar.
Damilola added that when the word of God in your life is rare, your vision will be very small, saying ministry is like a car, the fuel is the vision and God’s word is like a petrol station.
The filmmaker further stated that talent does not really take someone far, what gives direction is vision, adding that to truly understand your purpose, something must leave you.
While encouraging the youths, Damilola noted that they should seek first the kingdom of God and take time out to seek God’s face. He advised youths not to allow their present situation to limit them but to look beyond now far into the future and keep focused.
He concluded that “Social media is good but atimes the devil uses it to push the reality of God away from us. Social media is a fake world atimes.”
