Veteran filmmaker and camera expert, Evang. Ben Ope Johnson has added his voice to the discussion on BBNaija, saying if there are no alternatives people especially Christians will keep watching Big Brother Naija.

He made this known recently in a post on his social media handle.

The Filmmaker noted that he has read series of comments and write-ups on BBN but his views is that If there were no vegetables as alternative, Daniel in the Bible days and his friends would have eaten and drank the king’s meal and wine, recounting that the exercise lasted for months and they wouldn’t have fasted forever even if they had wanted to.

Tv Contents according to him are like the forbidden fruits, it is left for you to watch or change channels whenever you are not comfortable with what you are seeing, saying asking contents creators to pull down their shows because you don’t like it is not the solution at all, Gospel Film News reports.

Daddy Beejay as fondly called noted that If you don’t want your children to eat a particular meal you would rather make provision for another.

He recalled that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy, when he realised that secular songs were going to destroy the lives of his congregation, he rose and did something and ever since he has produced many great gospel musicians that can stand on same pedestal with any international gospel artiste.

He noted that it will be glorious and honourable if other pastors should borrow from pastor Oyakhilome’s idea by creating and sponsoring Musical shows, sports shows, educational shows, TV series and serial, health shows, cook and win shows, Bible quiz, films for Cinema and so on.

Beejay charged all complainers to rise up and create or sponsor shows that will glorify God and edify viewers.
